Where will trains run from today and what will be the time, see full schedule here

New Delhi:The rail service is ready to start once again amidst the ongoing lockdown in the country. Railway Ministry has released the timings of all 15 trains starting from Delhi which will go to 15 different cities of the country. Bookings for these trains have also started since 4 pm on Monday evening. Indian Railways said that initially air-conditioned services will start on all 15 Rajdhani trains and their fare will be same as super-fast trains. These special trains will run from New Delhi railway station and will go to Dibrugarh, Agartala, Howrah, Patna, Bilaspur, Ranchi, Bhubaneswar, Secunderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Thiruvananthapuram, Madgaon, Mumbai Central, Ahmedabad and Jammu-Tawi. The official said that unlike the Shramik trains, bookings will be done on all 72 seats in the coaches of these trains and there is no possibility of any relaxation in their fares.

According to the revised schedule released by the railway, the train will leave from Howrah in West Bengal to Delhi from May 12 at 5.05 pm, which will arrive at 10 am the next day. At the same time, the train will leave from Delhi at 4.55 pm and reach Howrah at 9.55 am the next day. On this route, this train will stop at Asansol Junction, Dhanbad Junction, Gaya Junction, Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay Junction, Prayagraj Junction and Kanpur Central Junction.

Let us know, 30 trains will run including up and down. Out of these, 16 trains, eight trains two days a week, two trains three days and four trains will be weekly. Officials said that ‘what to do and what not to do’ will be clearly written on the tickets received during reservation. It will also include guidelines, such as arriving at the railway station at least one hour in advance, medical checkup at the departure point, other protocols related to corona virus infection, mandatory use of masks and downloading the Arogya Setu App.

He said that only valid reserved ticket holders will be allowed to enter the railway station. He said that it would be compulsory for passengers to wear masks and health check-ups at the departure point, only those who would be allowed to board the train would not see any signs of infection with the virus. Officials said that during the journey the train will stop at very few stations. Indian Railways says that after these 15 pairs of trains, it will run special trains on other routes as well.
